1. Minutes of the July consortium physical meeting in Rennes, France, were approved.
2. Work-Package3: Mitigation practices, economics, preparing of a farm plan
Outcome of preparations of this topic by the Latvian, Scottish and Netherlands team were
presented.
The Latvian team will send a list of mitigation practices and techniques, both on base of the
ANCA tool (2 farms per country) and AgreCalc tool (all other farms), to the consortium
partners. Each partner is requested to present the list to the farmers, who can make their choices.
The MACC calculation procedure (economic calculations) is part of the package (prepared by
the Latvian team). All info will finally be summarized in a Farm plan for each pilot farm. A
concept outlay of such a farm plan was shown (prepared by the Netherlands team).
3. The progress with deliveries of all work-package tasks were explained by the various task
leaders, and the explanations (the status) are listed in a separate document.
4. Progress with completion of report about Kitchen table interviews stagnates, because of lack
of input from researcher of SRUC.
5. State of art of progress with website was discussed.
6. Summary of 11/2 Day EAAP seminar Climate Care dairy farming was distributed.

7. Possible place to have a physical consortium meeting next year is Florence, Italy.
