Testing innovative farming systems
WP4 (Testing innovative farming systems) – is devoted to the development of farm systems, which are targeted at meeting the socio-economic and environmental goals. A set of good practices and techniques will be combined in farm systems, to be checked and evaluated on pilot and experimental farms.
Tasks: 4.1. Testing of innovative housing and manure handling techniques on emission; 4.2. Testing of novel feeding practices on emission; 4.3. Application of novel breeding practices on emission; 4.4. Testing of new land use practices on emission; 4.5. Evaluate farm systems optimizing socio-economic and emission goals. Climate Care Cattle farming systems will be evaluated with lower emissions and robustness in socio-economic performance based on the testing of systems performed in this work-package
